Anxiety & Relationship Pattern Coach for Professionals
You read every room except the one you're standing in. You take the blame by default, miss what the other person is actually doing, and replay it for hours afterward. You already understand your psychology. What you're missing is the read: how to decode people, catch your own blind spots, and hold your ground in the moment. That's a skill, not a diagnosis, and it's learnable.
Book a Free 30-Minute Call"After 40 years of anxiety and countless therapists, Asha was the first person who got to the root of my struggles. She saw parts of me I couldn't even see myself. For the first time in my life, I felt truly understood and strong enough to speak up to my boss and call things out."N, 45
"From the first session, it felt different. She'd catch something small I said and analyze what I actually meant. I don't have to try to act like a leader anymore. I just feel like one."I, 38
"I'd struggled with anxiety since I was 8. She showed me how my own mind actually works, including strengths I'd been treating as flaws. I now speak up in meetings. Even to the president of the company."B, 45
"Nothing compares to the profound shift she's had on me. She helped me see myself and others clearly for the first time. It's no stretch to say Asha rivals the world's most renowned psychologists."K, 34
Does this sound like you?
You don't need another word for what's wrong with you. You already have the vocabulary, avoidant, people-pleasing, hypervigilant, the whole glossary, and naming it one more time hasn't changed a thing. Insight isn't your bottleneck. Perception is. My work is showing you what you can't see from inside your own head: how you're misreading a situation, what the other person is actually doing, where your blind spot sits, and the move that changes the outcome. That's the line between understanding yourself and being able to lead.
Why understanding yourself hasn't been enough
You can analyze yourself for years and still miss the one thing running the dynamic, because it sits in the exact spot you can't reach from inside your own head. That blind spot is the first thing I find, and it's usually not what you'd guess.
We take a real problem, a boss, a parent, a partner, a negotiation, and break down what's actually happening underneath it: who has the capacity to meet you, what the other person is really doing, and which move shifts the outcome.
Reading people only matters if you can act on it. You'll learn to hold your ground, say the hard thing, and stop absorbing blame that was never yours, so the insight finally becomes confidence and the ability to lead.

"I've spent the last few years reading books and watching videos on confidence. Those tactics worked for a few weeks, then the doubts came flooding back. From the first session with Asha, it felt different. She'd catch something small I said and analyze what I actually meant. It was like... wait, how did I never see that? I don't have to try to act like a leader anymore. I just feel like one."

Asha didn't hand me another coping tool. She showed me how my own mind actually works: the moves it makes, why they're there, and the strengths I'd been treating as flaws. I'd never been seen that clearly. I now speak up in meetings. Even to the president of the company."

The 1-on-1 intensive
Weekly 90-minute deep-dives, plus unlimited message and voice access between them. We uncover what's driving the pattern, map your inner world, then turn the lens outward onto the people around you. For when you're ready to commit to the whole arc and make it stop for good.

When committing to the whole program isn't right yet, whether that's budget or timing, we go one session at a time. You bring what's live, I map how your mind is working on it, and we build the picture as we go. Every session you leave with something new. Same depth, unbundled.
A free 30-minute call. You bring what's actually going on, and I'll tell you what I see, and whether I can genuinely help. You'll leave with a clearer read on your situation either way.
