FAQ

The honest answers.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy is excellent at holding space and treating clinical conditions. If you need that, you should have it. My work is different. I map the specific patterns in how you process people and situations, show you the machinery underneath your anxiety and people-pleasing, and then coach you through actually changing it: structure, real-world practice, and unlimited feedback between sessions. Most of my clients have already done years of therapy. They usually describe this as the thing that finally made everything click. Not because therapy was wrong, but because insight alone doesn't rewire a pattern. Lived experience does.

Who do you work with?

Professionals, mostly in their 30s and 40s: physicians, engineers, nurses, managers, founders, salespeople. Competent, thoughtful people whose careers and relationships keep hitting the same wall: shrinking around authority, absorbing blame, overthinking every interaction. Most grew up with a controlling, critical, or guilt-tripping parent, and most have no idea how much that's still running the show.

What happens on the free call?

Thirty minutes. You tell me what's actually going on. I'll ask about your history, the key people around you, and the patterns that keep showing up. You'll get an accurate read on your situation and a clear sense of how I work. I'll know whether I can genuinely help you, and I'll tell you honestly either way.

What does it cost?

The 1-on-1 intensive is a serious investment: comparable to executive coaching, not to a therapy copay. That's deliberate: the program includes weekly 90-minute deep-dives and unlimited access to me between sessions, and it's built to produce in weeks what usually takes years. Exact pricing is discussed on the call once we both know it's a fit.

I'm skeptical. I've tried a lot of things.

Good. You should be. If books, courses, and therapy had been enough, you wouldn't be reading this page. I'd rather show you than persuade you. That's what the free call is for. Bring your hardest situation and watch what I do with it.

Is this for people in crisis?

No. If you're in an actively abusive or unsafe situation, or you're struggling with thoughts of harming yourself, please work with a licensed mental health professional or contact a crisis line in your country. Coaching is not a substitute for that kind of support, and pretending otherwise would be doing you harm.
